Hi.
Is it ok to have Windows Defender running together with Windows Live OneCare or do they interfere with each other.?
It seems that without having it running the feature to control startup programs is not available.
And I'm not a friend to control them from System Configuration as selective startup options because I'm not sure if this is the proper way to do it.
Also I'm kinda afraid of the tweaking tools like Vista Manager for example because I'm getting the feeling that all these companies selling these programs just put them out on the market without the proper research and testing before.
All the tweak tools work on a XP basis which apparently not fits the new Vista system and all these programs need a lot of updating so the average PC user like myself can make use of them without running into trouble.
I liked TuneUp Utilities on XP and hope that they come up with something decent next month.
Please give me some advise about Windows Defender running together with Windows Live OneCare or any other security software as well.
Thanks in advance,
Tommy
