I have V Ultimate & am unable to get Windows Aero to work...I went through the panels looking for assistance, it says I need Directx 9 vid card, I currently have Directx 10 . .do i have to replace this card from a 10 to a 9,,& if so how do I do this..thanks Gord

i have successfully screwed my directx 10 on windows vista RTM 6000 ............. now i cant install any software cuz it keeps on asking to install atleast directx 9 ...............installing directx fails with errors saying that it cant find out what the previous direct x version waz cuz i destroyed the registry of it
any ideas on how to uninstall the Directx 10 completely .....!!!!!!!!!!!
or how to fix my issue ..??
help plz cuz i cant play any games.........now !!!!

I want to know when more DirectX 10 graphic card are going to be released. All I know from now is NVIDIA 8800 GTS and GTX and I'm waiting for some price drop.

Ok, im going to be getting a new pc and i NEED to have a directx 10 gpu, at current there are only the 8800 serious, which if no others are going to be released within the next 3 months then ill have to get them, but i'd love it if there was a mid range directx 10 gpu coming out, does anyone know of any other directx 10 cards coming out, thanks!
