Sorry for this longish post, I just want to explain things as clearly as possible.

I am having problems dual booting XP and Vista. XP boots up as default which is what I want for the time being but I cannot boot to Vista. I do not get the boot loader during start-up so I cannot choose. The only way I can boot to Vista is to have the Vista DVD in the dvd drive at start-up, which loads the Vista boot loader allowing me to choose what OS I want to boot from.

I have 2 HDD’s:

1. My main drive is 250G. This has 2 partitions (200G for XP Pro 64bit and the rest for Vista Business 32bit)

I have a Western Digital 320GB hard drive. I partitioned of 50GB. I have Windows Vista Ultimate x86. It gets to the 4th stage(installing updates) then it comes up with the error "Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of installation. To install windows restart the installation."

What can I possible do. I have ran the advisor and it says my PC is compatible and I have quite a high spec PC. I have updated the bios and rebooted it to factory setting but it still doesn't work. Please help.

At first Install of Nero 7 (Latest version) things seem to have ran fine.

Then I came across some issues in other areas (Nero non related), after a good clean up of reg files etc.
I have not been able to run Nero since!

I have uninstalled & used the Nero Clean Tools that have been provided, I have Manually edited the registry for any Nero enteries.

BUT this dose not solve the issue!

I have attached the Final Screen as per Nero Error.

Ok, so I finalt decided to ditch my old sig, and get something a bit new. So tell me what you think. i know i know, nothing looks professtional, but its the best I could do.

i tried to get a font for the numbers thaty matches the font used on the old Apple II series, that was featured in season 2 of lost.
