I made a clean istallation of Windows Vista Home Premium with NO product key.As a result i have 30 days to activate.I used a lot of programs for activating, but none of them work.Any ideas of how to really activate?

I'm planning on upgrading my hardware within a few months, but I'm anxious to install Vista.

If I install vista now, I'm assuming I'll have to re-activate/re-install it when I get my new hardware. I know that at a certain point, at least on my XPs, it would tell me that I had used all the activations on the key.

Can I de-activate it somehow, so that I can get that activation back on the key I was using?

Had some strange activation troubles today... both XP and Vista locked me out, even though both are fully legal and both were fresh-installed just yesterday. Sorry for the long post, but i want to try to be clear in describing what happened. Here's the details:

After receiving my legit copy of Vista OEM yesterday, i wiped my hard drive and began setting up a dual-boot system. I first booted from my XP Pro cd, deleted all partitions, then created a new partition for XP, installed XP, but did not activate.

After verifying that XP was installed correctly to the correct partition on the correct drive, i then booted from the Vista DVD, created a new partition for Vista Ultimate, and installed Vista, but again, did not activate. I then rebooted into Vista and verified that it was working correctly.
