tiscali problems

ive recently bought a laptop with vista home premium and ive tried to instal tiscali internet.. the modem installed fine but the software will not install..im having the same problems with my pc...so does any one know how i can put windows xp back onto my pc???

Hi, heres the story,

I bought a new PC from PC world with Windows Vista Home Premium, great stuff i thought.
I then plugged it all in and walla it works... no it doesnt it crashes. OK so system restore..
Working ok now... i think.

Anyhow when trying to connect to the internet with Tiscali Broadband i run into the issue that not many ISP's have got drivers out yet for Windows Vista.... irratating.

So ive phoned their costly and fruitless "help desks" based in i dont even know where but certainly no where in britian.

Tiscali say that cant do vista for while. Month maybe two but to be honest i dont think they even know a thing.
