Hey guys, I have an interesting problem. IN my start menu programs folder, there is another folder called "programs" which appears to redirect to the main start menu programs folder. There is no folder named "programs" in either the start menu...

i just got my first laptop today and it has windows vista home premium i think, well right now i have windows xp on my desktop computer and tried to install my dsl software in my laptop and got this error message
WFDE+UtilityPrograms+WorkFLowHarnessExe has stopped working

im not very computer savvy but i kinda know so if anyone can help me and tell me what do to that would be great. thanks
