I used to be able to do the following on Windows XP and I am hoping someone
can tell me how to accomplish this on Vista running IE7:

Open any folder and select Tools and then Folder Options.
Select the File Types tab (which is no longer available from here in Vista).
Select Advanced.
Select the file type from the Registered File Types list.
Select the Browse in same window option.

I am testing an application that utilized this functionality and I have a deadline of April 30th. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

A program i installed took over zip files. I want to change it back to let windows control them. So i went to Open With... and browsed to explorer.exe. That worked, except now the icon for .zip's is the Explorer icon on a file. So I then decided i would go change it in folder options. I went to folder options to find there was no longer the file associations tab! After some pain i found the 'Default Programs' section of the Control Panel, and then Set Associations. And after browsing through a huge list with no search and typing a letter does not quick jump you to it, i couldn't find .zip! Its not there! .zip isnt there! I assume Windows decided it deals with zips so it wont show it (i came to this conclusion because .exe isnt on the list either) but it doesnt! So now im stuch with a hopeless zip program or a crappy icon. How do i fix this!
