Advances in speech recognition paves way for unified language ?

According to Microsoft's site all editions have speech recognition, but I can't find it. It's not in my control panel anywhere. So if anyone can help me find it or install it that'd be great. ;)

i have Vista Ultimate(64-bit) in danish

I want to download dreamscene, but it's not in danish yet, and i have hidded the english language pack i windows update, and i can't seem to get it back, when i go in under hidden update, there is nothing. anybody know how to get i back so i can download the english language pack?

Speech recognition works pretty well in Vista. However, when I have Live Messemger running, and place the cursor in the text box where the messages are typed, Vista VR interprets everything said as a command and nothing as the actual text to type.

Does anybody know how to clear vista speech recognition history? I am assuming it's a per user basis and not per computer but I don't know.
