Hi
I quite often use windows remote access, but when using Vista I can't remotley restart or shut down the computer. I am sure it will be something in the adminstrative tools that needs to be changed, but I can't find it.Could anybody point me in the right direction to solve this problem.

After many days trying to get Firefox pages to load I started using Remote Desktop to access my client servers and noticed things seem to hang when accessing anything outside the local network. Also my Smart FTP program hangs when trying to transfer files!!
I tested these issues on 2 new desktops with Vista installed and the same issues happen. The first issue seems to be with the Firefox web browser surfing sites. It loads half the page then hangs.
The second issue is with Remote Desktop. It works perfectly on a local network but when I try to connect to a remote server it loads about 1/3 of the desktop then hangs.
