Hi all!

I wanted to know from those of you who have islands and have had islands, and also known others who have islands what the pros and cons are of owning one. Obviously...a lotta land I know. But overall, I wouldn't assume that EVERY person who purchases an island is successful. There has to be some that have not done so well and lost money on it.

It seems like such a leap of faith to invest $1295 USD in LL when I hear so many complaints in the SL forums. I have wanted one for months now. Now comes the opportunity to have one, and I can't press the button.:unsure:

If you have stories, advice, or words of caution about island owning please share them with me. I have been sitting on my decision for well over a month and it's time I sought some advice from the community. We can all learn from the horror stories too!! (Makes good bedtime reading.)
