I am having a weird issue when trying to connect to an incoming mail server (and also any domain and associated email hosted on the same server) after installing Vista. When I try to access my email from this account through Outlook or Windows Mail, it tells me the server is not responding. When I try to ping the associated domain from the command line, it does not respond. When I try to open the domain in Firefox, it does not respond. But when I open up the domain in Internet Explorer 7, it works fine. Everything (email, ping, firefox and IE) works fine when I try it on my XP computer, but not in Vista. Is there a security setting I am missing?
