Hi

I used to be able to use my soundcard output so that in MSN messenger people could hear the music im listeining to and I could also then switch to the mic so I can talk. Now since I upgraded to Vista I cant do that anymore. I have tired selecting all 3 options in msn sound and video options and only me mic works. I cant get it to send my soundcard output to MSN or other applications. I dont want to use the music mix feature in msn to do this as I also want to record sound clips in MSN so I need to get this working.

There is a weird problem that i encountered.. within Vista. And this happened a few times before.

It would work perfectly at the start. Then after a few reboots, network will say "no connectivity" and then.... all media files will become "inaccessible" If i tried to open up a mp3 file or something, it will say "cannot access file" however i can copy the file to another computer and open it perfectly.

It is also not the program since... i tried opening the media file on VLC or another media player, and still no luck.
