nope. there's a link to download it from though. (on programs menu from the ribbon) It's considered a normal MS product.

Hi all (my first post here).
I have a weird problem with WLM. I've searched for a solution but many boards (including this one) do not allow searches on words < 4 letters, and my problem is with a VPN!
I can connect and use WLM quite happily, no issues. I can connect to a VPN quite happily, and continue to use WLM and the VPN quite happily.
BUT if I then log out of WLM, either through a connection glitch or because I need to change username, then I can never log back in to WLM unless I disconnect from the VPN first. All attempts to login result in error 8100030d.

Windows Live Messenger
I have just bought a PC with Vista Home Premium. I have several problems
that I can't resolve and for which I could not find a solution online or in
forums, namely:
For background, I describe myself as an "advanced" beginner user in terms of
computer knowledge.
-Concerning WinRar: installed latest version (not the Beta) and allowed it through the
Vista Firewall. However, when I have a .rar or .zip file, I can not right
click on it and select the option: extract here... Nothing happens when I do
that. I must double click the file and open Winrar (which causes Vista
Speech recognition works pretty well in Vista. However, when I have Live Messemger running, and place the cursor in the text box where the messages are typed, Vista VR interprets everything said as a command and nothing as the actual text to type.
Somewhere during my installation of wVISTAb something goes badly wrong. And I dont have a clue what happens.
The link to the Help and Support-page from the start-menu dosent work. Neither does any link to the help page. I havent found any warnings in the solutionpage, no warning mess or error mess.
What have I done? 
Just as the topic says, why would Live Messenger not support the Aero interface? Kinda strange!
is there any reason why Live messenger would looose connection 15 seconds after signing on (every time after signing on)???
I am using Vista Ultimate "64bit"
