Back Up Without Burning Out

Backing up your photos is one of those problems you just don’t want to worry about. Finally, the promise of zero-effort backups has arrived!

The instant you drag your photos into Sharpcast Desktop Organizer, it begins to back them up. And if you make changes to your photos and albums, all your changes are backed up as you work. This happens automatically. And you can always choose whether you want to backup your photos at a compressed size or at their original resolution.

The next time you're at a party and somebody asks you how the BitTorrent protocol works, you could launch into an explanation about seeders, leechers and distributed systems. Or you could run to the nearest computer and fire up this Java applet which illustrates the concept perfectly.

As they say, a Java applet is worth 1000 words. If you still have their attention at the end of your demo, try this cool trick: once you have a full set of seeders, hit "+" to add another empty peer and marvel at the speed with which it fills up.
