From your research on both platforms, is there a winner between Mac OS X 10.4 and Vista on security?

I have found the code quality, at least in terms of security, to be much better overall in Vista than Mac OS X 10.4. It is obvious from observing affected components in security patches that Microsoft's Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) has resulted in fewer vulnerabilities in newly-written code. I hope that more software vendors follow their lead in developing proactive software security development methodologies.

This is a site with wery nice wallpapers/icons and a few teams for Windows and OS X.
The great thing is that you can chose resulotion of the wallpapers, so if yo have a very high resulotion on youre screen (I have 1600x1200 and it's usaly hard to find nice wallpapers in the right resulotion) there is no problem finding the right size.

Hi Guys

Hoping you can give me a little help.

i currently have my powerbook mac os X mapped as drive Z on windows vista business.

I accidentaly pressed 'make offline available always' button for drive Z. This caused ALL folders and subfolders to added as offline folder and a small green sync symbol appears on all folders.

I cant turn off the function for ALL folders. It seems of must go to every individual folder and subfolder and untick the 'make offline available button' . This will take forever

Would appreciate any help

Development of Mac OS X 10.5 is wrapping up faster than many at Apple even anticipated, and at present, a release can be expected by the end of March, sources say. Alongside the release of Version 10.5, code-named Leopard, will be new versions of Apple's consumer software suites, iLife '07 and iWork '07.

We all know that Microsoft is releasing Windows Vista today, but heres something to think about.

If Windows is the Matrix, and people who exploit the bugs and security holes are Agents and Neo, Windows Update.

But heres the weird part, If Windows is the Matrix, does that make Bill Gates The Architect.

Also In the first film, where Neo has to choose between the Red Pill and the Blue Pill.

If the Red Pill is Linux, and the Blue Pill is Windows, what colour would the pill be Mac OS X.
