"Internet Explorer has stopped working"

I'm having major problems with IE7. Everytime I try to open it it tells me "Internet Explorer has stopped working" and wont open. However if I right click and "run as administrator" it opens. I have tried resetting IE7, running it without add-ons, re-installing, everything! I have administrator priveleges too. As if that's not enough, every few times this happens i also get a message saying "windows host process rundll32 has stopped working".

I am officially stumped. Sorry for grumping, any help greatly appreciated.

Windows Explorer Really Slow
It used to be working fine, but I booted it up one day and now Windows Explorer has been slow ever since. It takes at least 5 seconds to open a window when it should be almost instant. Sometimes, it doesn't open the window at all, throws the message "Windows Explorer has stopped working.", then restarts. Once the window is open, it works like it usually should. The only thing that I think I might have been doing different when this happed was resizing my disk partitions. Does anyone know how to fix this?
IE7 Problem
Is anyone else having problems with IE7 working? I can run firefox with no problems but if I try to open IE7 I get a message saying Internet Explorer Not Working. It has been working on and off since installing Vista but not worked at alll for the past 2-3 days.

I just upgraded to Windows Vista and now Internet explorer 7 does not work
I upgraded to Windows Vista yesterday and now when I go to start Internet explorer 7 it says "Internet explorer has stopped working" and then it ways that windows is looking for a solution to this problem, but it doesn't find one and I have to hit the close program button and internet explorer never opens.

Microsoft Windows Warning -
Every time I attempt to open a link, I get the following notice:

INTERNET EXPLORER HAS STOPPED WORKING
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Anyone have an idea what causes that please?
