Ok so I am pretty ticked off at an SL business owner by the name of Katanablade Anubis. In the beginning of December I purchased a prim outfit for $1,000 that I wanted to take some nice pics in for the holidays. Unfortunately the prim outfit was no mod and my av is not some little short chic with no curves as it was made for and it didn't fit. In the outfit folder for the item there were instructions on how to get the outfit 'tailored' for my av and to allow a few days turnaround time. I followed the instructions, sent a folder with the outfit, my shape, and a note with a nice statement of what I needed. I also figured with it being the holidays that it may be a bit longer to get my modded item back.

Also according to her profile, which I read after the purchase, she apparently gets soooooooo many IM's that she tells people to leave a note in her mailbox in her store. Her profile seemed a bit rude to me but I figured she got harrassed at one point or something. So I make a nice note letting her know I sent her something to be modded and also sent an IM to cover all my bases. SL let me know that she received my folder but I never heard from her. I have left 2 IM's and notecards in her mailbox since then just asking when I might expect to receive my item. I have not heard a thing from her and now I find out from others that they have had problems with this person or have heard of others having problems with her. Someone told me about her website and a story Katanablade wrote about a customer who basically had the same problem I did and how Katanablade really treated this customer like crap and bragged about it. Honestly I wouldn't care at this point but it was a rather pricey item to not get or get credited back for.

I have never had this problem before and I shop tons, I am always IMing creators and letting them know how much I like their items or asking a question and I have been pretty pleased with their responses and help. I've also on many occasions given creators a $ tip for their help. I have always been very appreciative and patient but wtf it's been over a month now. Now I feel like writing about this on every blog I can just because I feel like I have been scammed and it's not cool.

What can I do about this? Does anyone know of this person or have any suggestions? I don't like being treated this way and I would hate for anyone else to be as well.
