Like many things in life there are more than one way to become a Furniture Tester. The question is do you want to work as a furniture tester in a certification laboratory or do you want to be a certified Furniture Testing Engineer in the same company or open your own company some day. If you are still in high school you need to learn as much about wood and furniture as you can. Taking wood shop is a great start. If you have opportunities to work in a furniture manufacturing company that will also give you a head start.

Just because it was designed for the garden does not mean it cannot be utilized indoors. Some people shudder at the thought of using outdoor furniture inside the home. This is probably because outdoor furniture is generally not as good of quality as quality indoor furniture. How can outdoor furniture be properly used for indoor use. If you have not yet purchased your outdoor furniture you have a head start.
