I had this same problem...easy to fix. I just had to allow the firewall to allow access to the Windows mobile device.
Is there a firewall that will block all outgoing traffic unless I approve the application? It should function like Zone Alarm so you can grant/deny access either temporarily or permanently.
From going into remote assitance with my friend who on vista and i am not. It dosent do it to my other friends who are still on XP?
