So UAC asks for permission to open firefox all of a sudden. I think after an update on the browser it started to do it. It is really annoying and I can't seem to figure out how to fix it... Any suggestions?

. Is there no auto scroll in vista? 
To scroll, you have to enable virtual scrolling which results in an annoying symbol, like a tiny vertical scrollbar, which is attached to the pointer when you scroll. Not a major thing, just an annoyance really

and if I may be so bold as to ask another question. 
- can you get rid of that annoying virtual scrolbar that is permanently attached to the pointer. I tried disabling the virtual scroll, but then it wouldn't scroll ata ll. many thanks
