I am thinking about hiring some clerks to work at Hucci during different periods of the day. Why? Well it will offer new employment to people, a new level of customer service and it seems like fun. The problem is, how much and how to compensate them. I can't afford to pay a sales clerk Escort wagse, but I would still like it to be a profitable experience.
