Hello

I just installed VISTA home premium over my XP professional on Dell Dimension 4600 Pentium 4 machine.

Most of the kinks are worked out except one huge problem which has lead me to believe I may have been attacked by some kind of virus.

If any of you could kindly look at the attatchments and help me explain why I have so many multiple desktop and document folders I really be grateful (though one person already thinks this is the result of some kind of bug).

After having backed up most of my computer I started going through deleted what I thought were the extra folders (and it seems impossible to tell) and found that when I clicked "Documents" from the start menu no folder opened apparently because I had deleted the wrong ones. After using to system restore, I can access a documents folders. Other wierd things like my documents dissapperaing from desktop as I deleted what I thought appear to be extra files.
