is it possible to make custom voice commands with the vista speech recognition system?

were a certain word would lead to a scripted action for example "Play Winamp" would result in Ctrl-Alt-Insert or something....

Speech recognition works pretty well in Vista. However, when I have Live Messemger running, and place the cursor in the text box where the messages are typed, Vista VR interprets everything said as a command and nothing as the actual text to type.
