WebMynd, a Y Combinator company that launched early last year, has released a new plugin that is looking to streamline the way you search. The plugin, which is available for Firefox and Internet Explorer, enhances the search results on most popular search engines by inserting a handy sidebar with related search results from a variety of other sites.

Reddit’s developers have been busy adding a bunch of new features to the site. One of them is a neat Firefox plugin that brings a lot of Reddit’s functionality directly to the browser. Let’s take a look at what’s available out there if you want to socialize from within Firefox.

Russian-language Firefox users will see a new default search provider soon: Google rival Yandex.

Mozilla currently has Google set to be the default search engine in Russian Firefox, but it concluded that Yandex was the better choice, according to a blog post by Mozilla General Counsel Harvey Anderson on Friday.
