i have had a laptop now for about three months. the laptop came with both windows vista home basic & norton internet suite (anti-virus, anti-spyware, firewall, whole nine yards) already installed on the machine. here is the problem -- i am not able to listen to any of the music clips available for the cd's sold at amazon nor am i able to listen to the music player at the sirius satellite radio website. i was able to listen to both of them for the first month or so then, suddenly, neither would work anymore. on occasion the computer would crash when listening to certain tracks at amazon but it would restart then i could go back to amazon and listen to other tracks. now, when i go to amazon and click on a track to listen, the player pops up, says its loading the track, then says something like "having trouble loading track 01". when i go to sirius, i click on the player and the player pops up & begins to go through the motions that would suggest it is working properly. it says something like "connecting", then "loading", then "ready" & it stops there. if i try to click the play option it simply goes through the same song and dance then stops on ready. like i said before, they both used to work but now they won't. i have asked around about this problem at various places online but have gotten no replies. any help would be appreciated greatly. thanks -kirt
