
Let us face the truth. Obesity in America is a problem. In this age of obesity caused by monster burgers and bulging waistlines, it's good to have healthy eating habits, right? Not when it becomes an obsession that leads to compulsive eating. There's no official name for it yet, but many call that obsession "orthorexia." Compulsive eating of healthy foods can be as damaging, and lead to obbesity just as easily as junk food can.
