Green Tea is healthy and has multiple benefits, with a more than side benefit of helping to reduce weight. Drinking green tea every day, three glasses a day, helped me control my appitite and lose over 60 pounds in two years. Green tea originated in China where it has been used for hundreds of years and touted for its health benefits.
