With the World Equestrian Games coming up in 2010, plenty of people will be visiting Lexington, Kentucky, and the Bluegrass region in the center of the state. Whether it is your first time to the area, or you've lived there for years, there are plenty of restaurants unique to the region.

In no particular order, here are five:

I believe I may live beyond the old age of 100 years. Longevity is on my favour from my mother's side of the family tree. My Great Grandmother lived beyond 99 and my Grandfather was 96 when he kicked. But is it desirable to live that long? It all depends on the quality of life at that age.

You've seen the Grand Canyon, you've skiied the best slopes. You've eaten ice cream, visited all the Disney theme parks, and saw your first ten baseball games. Now, you're ready for a change.

Sunday is meant for the professionals, but today brings us a couple rivalry games: Kentucky vs Louisville and Colorado vs Colorado State.None of the four team are ranked or expected to do much national damage, but all have a fair amount to be excited about.
