There have been a whole host of memorable moments in this election cycle, and few people are as happy as I am to see this thing finally come to a close. As a political junky, I peaked way early in this process, and the protracted primary season served me heartbreak after heartbreak. At this point (having already cast my early vote), I’m ready for the pain to be over with and move on to the regular pain of day to day political coverage in a non-election season.

Most of the videos I really like are the Vincent Moon-style Take Away Shows, and luckily for me, there have been a lot of spin-offs of that kind of live performance in 2008. The best I saw from Blogotheque this year was when they filmed Bloc Party about a month or two.
