Bureau chief Adam Reuters will interview Linden Lab chairman Mitch Kapor on Friday as part of a series of interviews from the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Kapor founded Lotus Development Corp and created the groundbreaking Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet. He was also a co-founder of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and was an early investor in Linden Lab.

Reuters reported yesterday that Bureau Chief Adam Pasick will conduct a "Second Life" virtual-world panel with guests including Linden Lab Chairman Mitch Kapor, author and entrepreneur John Battelle former Virginia Governor Mark Warner and musician Peter Gabriel during the World Economic Forum, with the theme: The Shifting Power Equation.
An eBay spokesperson says anyone who repeatedly tries to sell virtual goods will be punished. So much for eBay founder-chairman Pierre Omidyar, who also invested in Linden Lab, makers of the virtual world Second Life.
