I downloaded an updated BIOS for my Dell Computer. When I tried to flash the BIOS using the Windows Routine provided by Dell, I get the message: Flash Access Denied. Please make sure you are logged in as an Administrator then try re-starting the application. Well, I am the ONLY user of this computer and my user account IS an Administrator Account. In fact, if I log off, there does not seem to be a way to log in as an Administrator (actually using the Administrator account).
