So I've run into a small problem.

I own a lot of land and I want to rent it out (something I've never done). I have two questions. How do I setup a group so that my renters can do as they please with the land? Do I deed the land to the group?

More importantly... My tier fees are quite high (although certainly not the highest). If I were to rent all my land out then I'd have to rent each 512 out at a rate of about L$200/week to JUST BREAK EVEN with my tier fees.

How in the world am I to keep up?

I'm currently selling my land and looking for some land in a protected sim, such as Caldron I'm not looking to buy right away so I thought find out about new sims would be a good way to find new land to buy while giving me time to save up for land in a protected sim because it is more expensive.

I need time to decide if I want to tier down to 2,048m or have 4,096m again. I like having lots of room to play and not worry about prims.

It was not too long ago that 512s were selling for around L$3,000 - only the most desirable plots used to sell for L$10,000 or more -- that was relatively rare.The land prices are incredible these days - 512m lots are going for between L$7,500 and L$10,000. Land that is under L$15 per square meter is very hard to find (unless you don't mind snow, cliffs, non-green land (there are various colors of land ranging from rock, to grass, to sand) or other less desirable land. If you have First Land, this might be a good time to consider selling it - you'll likely make a chunk of L$.-2fast
