I'm investigating getting a sim lite but I have a couple questions from people who've spent serious amounts of time in them: How's script...

But before that I was the owner of a smaller company called Metro security only 3 employees none of them loyal to the cause and like so many companies it went down the drain along with its profit and time and money spent making the company. so in order to secure my future i decided to merge with ATS security. not really what i wanted to do. the owner basicalyl had diffrent ideas of how he wants to run things and has a diffrent way of taking care of things. that i didn't like. But i decided to roll with it anyways since he was offering me a management position.

Let me stipulate up front - I'm a fan of Dreamland for a lot of reasons.

However, while the Plush sims (the commercial areas) seem to be doing very well, lots of traffic, stores, etc., the Plush Avenue sims aren't. The Plush Av sims are prebuilt urban shopping centers, very nicely built out with extra prims, but more expensive to rent. However, they are deserted almost all the time, while nearby Plush sims are jumping.

So what's the problem?

IMNSHO the issue is largely that people don't want to rent in areas where the stores are already built, and apparently aren't interested in shopping in such a controlled environment either. Both renters and shoppers like the diversity (controlled chaos?) of the individually built areas.

I'm currently selling my land and looking for some land in a protected sim, such as Caldron I'm not looking to buy right away so I thought find out about new sims would be a good way to find new land to buy while giving me time to save up for land in a protected sim because it is more expensive.

I need time to decide if I want to tier down to 2,048m or have 4,096m again. I like having lots of room to play and not worry about prims.
