Hello All!

I was just wondering if there is a possibility to restore my system back to my old OS using System restore, or something else, (xp) after installing vista ultimate?
The reason I am asking is I am afraid that programs and such I use will not be compatible either because of a driver problem or just pure incompatibility. The only program that I have that is not compatible with vista on my pc so far is nero, which is weird because I am also running McAfee and I have been reading that it is not compatible as well? I also noticed in the compaitbility page it downloads to your desktop that there were several driver problems as well. If I download the latest drivers from each, they should then technically become compatible? I am just debating whether to stick with xp for a bit longer until all the drivers and updates come out for programs I use...is that bad...I cant wait to experience Vista either....its a catch 22!!!

Is there anybody you guys know of who is independently tracking and listing Compatible / Incompatible Vista Applications?In this forum, and others, I read that the vendor sites say Vista Ready or Vista Compatible BUT in the users experience it...

It seems MS left out the internal fax option in Vista--and my Winfax Pro 10 is not Vista compatible---Google search didn't find anything--does anyone know of any compatible software for faxing?

My parents just got a new HP PC last week, and the printer that the guys at Best Buy recommended is not compatible with Windows Vista. They tried to return it, only to find that Best Buy has no compatible ones in stock. I found a partial solution,...

I've found and seen a host of joysticks i've even purchased one just to find out my joystick is not compatible with windows Vista and nor are any others HELP
