hello fellas - i was curious if anyone knew how to go about restoring the "Flip3D"/task-changer icon that was originally loaded into the quicklaunch menubar when you first installed vista. i still have the "show desktop" link but i accidently removed the task-changer icon and i'm not quite sure how to go about restoring it?

I was deleting some things on my computer and i went to empty the trash bin but i accidently deleted it. Does anyone know how i can get it back or where it went??
i got a problem after i uninstall the microsoft office 2007..
actually, it was an accidently ithat remove the office 2007 last 2 days..
then now i try to install it back,
after install it and when i was about to run the program..
it will appear a popup that show the "Configuration Process"..
it happen to all my office 2007 products (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint)..
and it happen when i run the program...
whay is this happen?
is there any solution...??
I went to properties and unchecked the confirmation of delete option and when i was deleting some unused items on the desktop and accidently deleted the trash can...how can i bring it back?!?!?!
