i have windows vista, and i always used yahoo internet based mail online. i always saw in past versions of windows of outlook express which i always ignored. now i have windows mail, which replaces it so i want to give it a try. thing is, i don't know how to set it up. how to set up an email account or anything. i tried to make a hotmail account, but it said it wouldn't let me. what do i do?

Does anyone know how to send an MPEG(about 65MB) through yahoo E-Mail? It acts like it wants to send but freezes up evertime. Sending JPEGs with no problem. Also, do you know how to disable outgoing E-Mail attachments?
