I have vista installed on my C drive and I am trying to install XP on either a different partition or drive. I read the previous links on your forum but I can't get to first base. I tried installing XP and when it gets to the first reboot during install I get an error message Disc error press ctl alt del and a bunch of graphics on the screen. I now can't get into Vista or XP. Help.
Usually you can put XP on the computer. However, there are some Vista only devices out there, so check to make sure there are drivers for everything before you make the leap.
I have a network with mixed wireless and wired LAN.
Amongst other things I have 3 Windows machines on the network:
All 3 machines have their workgroup set to RENUKAFARM
The wireless SSID (relevant as it appears in the network pictures below) is 33ChurchMeadow
I have downloaded and installed the network discovery service for XP recommended on the help to allow Vista to discover XP machines (on both XP machines).
ok i need a way to network the two together . like i got the internet on both but i need some help on like fileshareing on the two computers and like printer sharing
