Is there a good reference for gadget.xml for Windows Vista Sidebar gadgets?

I've been looking all over MSDN, Microsoftgadgets.com, and Windows Live Gallery and I can't find a good reference for all the possible XML tags in the gadget.xml manifest for Windows Vista sidebar gadgets.
