Hi every one, Im using Ultimate and I started using Windwos Live One care scanner to clean my PC. I have used it 3 or 4 times with no probs but now it will down load the files and then go to the launch menu but then it goes back to the download files menu and so on. In other words it just keeps looping through the same 2 menus.
I have uninstalled it and rebotted but makes no difference.
Any ideas?

I am trying to do a clean install of Windows Xp and I'm booting from the cd but when it gets to the partitioning/format part of the install where I'm suppose to select option nothing is highlighted in the box. A friend of mine built this computer...
