I have been trying to get my Vista version of Media Centre running properly on my Plasma. I have connected my PC to my TV with an HDMI cable. Media Center runs very smoothly on my PC (and crystal clear), but when I plug in my HDMI card it doesn;t run at all smoothly (but is crystal clear). In fact it's so chunky and bitty that it's putting me of using it altogether.

I have tried all combinations of bot PC and TV being plugged/unplugged but it seems it only likes running on my PC monitor. I have tried changing the refresh rate, but no change either.

Video & Music playback do not skip either, they run fine. It's really the menu system on Media Center.

I've been going crazy for the last week with this. Windows Media Center on Vista Ultimate is working great for TV, Video, Music, etc. But it does not detect any of my .jpg files or pictures in general. It doesn't even pick up the sample pictures in Vista. I can see the folder name, but it says there are 0 files in the folder when I have many. I have no problem viewing any pics in Windows Photo Gallery. I have run setup several times and I have "add folders to watch" several times to no avail. HELP!
