Thanks to an article posted by Kyle Pott outlining his 10 unconventional ways to lose 50 pounds in 3 months, I was inspired to meld his suggestions, alongside of others, and proved his theory correct...losing 10 pounds in 10 days! Using tools from LifeHacker, Hacker's Diet and TheDailyPlate, I'm having great success. My take on how you can do it.
