The Pirate Bay has reached yet another milestone. Today, they track more than 20 million unique peers for the first time since the site was launched. It is estimated that the Pirate Bay tracks more than half of all BitTorrent users at any given point in time.
AT&T just sweetened the pot for all of its iPhone subscribers. If you own an AT&T iPhone, you now get free WiFi access at AT&Ts 17,000 hotspots across the country, including at most Starbucks. Although just last summer AT&T teased customers with the same freebie service, only to put up a pay wall afterwards, this time it looks like the free WiFi is here to stay.
I was inspired to write this post after reading an article in todays Calgary Hearld titled, “Grisly Workplace videos return just before Halloween.” The article deals with a new campaign here in Alberta (Canada) titled ‘Bloody Lucky‘ which contains a strong message about workplace safety, told through a series of dramatic and bloody videos.
