how do i get a system rating for my machine? i checked in the my computer's properties and it said "1.0 windows experience index: unrated"
does this mean that my system sucks or i just didn't do the rating test yet?

I'm trying to run the performance rating on my computer cause it's stuck at 1.0(unrated).
But whenever I refresh or the "update my score" link, it works fine until its completed. Then it gives me the following error:

So now what do I do .. ?
I can't even check the rating on my PC .. 
I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate and I did a clean install.
