Hi to all, i currently have a problem to configure my wireless EDIMAX usb adapter, i have downloaded the software for the adapter (zydas) which is vista compatible, and is working fine. I have configured my internet connection to be shared with the wireless network, however when i plug in my wireless adapter the application starts automatically and works fine, but after a few seconds when i check my network connection the wireless adapter says 'unidentified network' and does not manage to connect with the shared internet connection. What settings can i do in order to get this adapter working fine.

Vista says "unidentified network" and "access; local only"

Has anyone had this problem? We were on the phone w/ Comcast for an hour last night, and we don't think it's a problem with them.

Any help is greatly appreciated - we're at our wits end, since we have no other support options.

unidentified program wants access

I am running an older program in Vista that I know is a good program from a good publisher, yet I get the "unidentified program wants access to your computer" prompt every time I try to run it.
An unidentified program is one that doesn't have a valid digital signature from its publisher.
Is there a way to tell windows to specifically ignore this program and not give me this prompt every time I run it without disabling UAC?
