Windows Vista 32 Crashing after install

I bought the OEM 32 bit version of windows vista home premium. I get to the screen after the install and reboot. It comes up for a few secs and crashes the following message appears The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Pretty general.

Antec Neo 550 PSW
ASUS M2NE Nvidia 570 Ultra Chipset
SoundBlaster Audigy 2
AMD X2 4400
2 - Corsair XMS DDR2 800 (2gb)
Nvidia 7300GT
2 WD Raptor 150GB

I tried the memory check and that checked out fine. I first had it in Raid 0 config and I got the same result when just hooking up one harddrive.
