My vista laptop is in reduced functionality mode, how do I access the command prompt?

I know you can type slmgr -rearm to continue using the trial period for a total of 120 days. However, I can't get to the command prompt, as all I see is the web browser. Is there a shortcut command or something I can do to get to the command prompt?...
