Internet connection fails with the wireless network

Hi everyone,
I set up a wireless network at home with 2 notebooks. The access point router linksys WRT54G is set according to the instructions and DHCP ip addresses option was enabled.

First notebook with XP OS connects always without problems, but the second one with Vista OS connects only with router's configuration web site 192.168.1.1, and when I check the connection on Network&Sharing Center the line between the router and Internet is marked with a red cross.
Diagnose gives me response "There may be a problem with your Domain Name Server (DNS) configuration"
In Properties menu TCP/IP vs4 , IP address is set to automatically, only default gateway is set in advanced options as 192.168.1.1 , and DNS is set with the numbers provided by my ISP.

Windows 3.x: 8+
It was miraculous in its day. After years of using DOS and a variety of clunky task-switching programs like DesqView I was thrilled to have a GUI and a real memory manager. From a tinkerer’s point of view it was pure gold (Brian Livingston’s original Windows 3.1 Secrets was roughly 1200 pages.) Windows for Workgroups 3.11 introduced TCP/IP support, and even included a network card (I think I still have the little Microsoft-logo’ed screwdriver that came with it). With Norton Desktop for Windows or PC Tools, you could have a shell that foreshadowed the full-blown GUI of Windows 95.
