I bought a computer. It has window vista Japanese version. I want to change it into Englsh one. Is there any possibility to switch such operting system into different lanaguage or should I install new o/s. Any suggestion is welcomed.

hellow guys...1st time here...i have vista home premium and im just wondering why is there no video on my vlc player when i play mp4 or mkv files...any suggestion??? and last thing...is there any codec that i can download to play mp4 and mkv files to media center?

I have only been a member of this forum for two days now, and I have already lost count (not exagurating either) of how many times I have tried to connect to the site but was returned as unavailable or get the irritating IPS Driver error, my guessing is that the site is currently receiving such a high volume of traffic that the current package which is being paid for with the hosting server is being either maxed out, or the monthly limit has already been exceeded, so in my honest opinion I think the package should either be upgraded or host changed completely.
