:confused: what is the diffrence between spyware and virus and do you need both???? I have notron for virus and a windows defender so do i need spy ware also???:(

My PC, new with premium has run well since January until now when it has begun restarting on its own every 4 hours or so. No obvious virus or spy ware that I can find. Does anyone know of the cause?
