Hello,

Well still within my budget I managed to find a good computer with 1GB RAM + Home Premium. It's a Compaq but it has gotten good reviews and I know someone who has it and they like it. I don't do much online that would take up RAM but I do want to turn off the special effects like AERO to save resources, does it give you this option? And also I know Ready Boost isnt an alternative to RAM but does it really speed up your computer?
